My appointment was for 3 o’clock arrived at 2:30. I was not called back until 415. I waited until 435 no doctor or Nurse ever came.
I went to the nurses station begin telling them why I’m leaving.
The doctor came from around the corner and said that he Was sorry and would see me now. He was a professional and interested in my concerns. I told the doctor, if you can tell me at the nurses station, the doctor is running behind. Do a courtesy call an hour before the appt. And let me know. So I won’t have to sit for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

Very Professional and caring. Dr. Patterson seemed very confident in his diagnosis and in his presentation of his plan of action.

Hh fit me in after a call from my PCP. I needed a biopsy before leaving town for over 3 weeks. Very compassionate. His laidback approach, helped me relax. Very professional & made sure the procedure was as painless as possible. Knowing he would be the provider i see should I need further treatment is assuring I would receive the best treatment possible.
