The Office personnel were great from the time we walked in until we left. I even got to say good bye to the lady that took us back to our room to wait for the doctor she was great and friendly the way the staff is supposed to be. After that the people on the eleventh floor were not too nice. But I want to stay with Doctor Carroll so I will put up with the bad ladies that handle the follow up and scheduling. If they don't like their jobs they need to find another job. Doctor Carroll's Staff was professional in every way.

Lakeland Surgical graciously took me in next morning from an ER visit. Dr Chandler and staff we wonderfully compassionate towards my problem. The problem was troublesome and traumatic for me but they gave me the best care and reassurance. I'm grateful for that.

He made me feel comfortable. He did my biopsy himself. Wasn’t painless, but the least painful. He’s calming & explained everything. Best surgeon I’ve ever used.

Dr. Patterson is wonderful! He throughly explained my procedure and made sure all questions were answered and concerns were addressed prior to my surgery. After the procedure I was given clear instructions for my recovery, and I had no complaints or issues.
