If ever you're in need of a top-notch surgical procedure, you need a surgeon who's a cut above the rest (no pun intended), and Dr. Patrick Scanlon is that surgeon who, along with his great team of surgical assistants and nurses will deliver the utmost of professional care, plus, he always knows what to say to keep your outlook on the positive which is significant in my book.
